The July session of the Fez-Meknes Regional Council witnessed the approval of a package of significant development projects for Taounate Province, aiming to improve infrastructure and meet the needs of residents in various districts.
Taounate City:
- Approval of a draft agreement to implement the Taounate Province ring road, which will help alleviate pressure on the city center and improve traffic flow.
- Approval of a draft partnership agreement related to liquid sanitation, which will strengthen the sewage infrastructure and preserve the environment.
Taounate District:
- Construction of numerous road tracks connecting centers and villages, with the aim of breaking isolation and improving accessibility. These projects include:
- Construction of the road track linking the Beni Walid center to the regional road 510 via Ain Jamea village.
- Rehabilitation of the unclassified road linking R 510 and Al Onsor village in Arghioua commune.
- Construction of the road linking R 8 (Machkour village) in Khalalfa commune and Hadada Ramila village in Azrirer commune, and the Chtaba regional reserve section on national road 8.
- Construction of the track linking Dechar Falah village and Khalalfa center, and the section linking R 509 (Lababara village) and Taounate Lqachour and Imrabtiyin.
- Construction of the terminal section linking R 510 and Asmel village in Bouhouda commune.
- Construction of the road track linking R 510 and Bab Sleeb village and Loutalfhas village and Bouchmouch village in Tamdit commune.
- Construction of the road track linking R 5310 and Mazrawa Sofla village in Mazrawa commune.

- Construction of the track linking R 2321 in Ouled Abbou villages via Salem Dahhar, Ouled Dahou, and Krifat Lazib section in Ain Lgaddah commune.
- The track linking R 505 and Ain Lgaddah center via Ouled Mhamed village in Ain Lgaddah commune.
