In celebration of International Women’s Day, the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration organized events across its central offices, correctional institutions, and the National Training Center for Staff. This occasion provided an opportunity to honor the female employees of the sector for their continuous efforts, sacrifices, and active contributions to enhancing and improving the conditions within prison institutions, ensuring the reinforcement of their security and rehabilitative roles.
According to a statement published on the official Facebook page of the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration, a symbolic gift in the form of shopping vouchers was given to all female employees and retirees as a token of appreciation for their diligent work. As has become customary in previous years, greeting cards were also distributed to employees to commemorate this day.
Furthermore, a raffle was organized, offering winners the opportunity to travel to the holy lands to perform the Umrah pilgrimage. Three categories were included in the raffle: employees, retirees, and workers from the cleaning company. A winner was selected from each category.
This celebration forms part of the ongoing efforts to recognize the work of women and motivate them to continue fulfilling their duties with responsibility and dedication.
