In efforts to enhance monitoring mechanisms and regulate markets, the Prefecture of Tata Province has announced the activation of the Green Number 5757, introduced by the Ministry of the Interior, to enable citizens to report any irregularities related to prices or illegal practices affecting supply. This service will be operational starting from the first day of Ramadan 1446 AH, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The prefectural authorities have called on all citizens to actively participate in this initiative by reporting any violations or irregularities that undermine the transparency of commercial transactions or harm consumers’ purchasing power. This includes reporting cases of fraud, illegal commercial practices, unfair competition, and any other potential violations they may encounter.
The prefecture emphasized the importance of citizens’ involvement in reporting such cases, enabling public authorities and relevant monitoring services to take necessary measures to ensure consumer protection and maintain market stability.
