The source emphasized that this process will be conducted directly under the supervision of local authorities, relying entirely on government officials for distribution operations, in order to avoid interventions from unqualified parties or suspicious associations.
In a related context, the same source stressed that associations wishing to engage in charitable work must rely on their own capabilities rather than depending on public funds or exploiting humanitarian aid for electoral purposes or personal interests. He added that the new leadership in the region’s prefecture adopts a new and different vision towards associative work, aiming to make associations genuine drivers of development based on their own resources and capacities, not public support which is often subject to waste or misuse.
