AKDITAL Group Clarifies Recruitment of Foreign Competencies in the Healthcare Sector

On February 8, 2025, the management of AKDITAL Group issued a clarification statement in response to circulating news regarding the recruitment of foreign labor to work within the group. The management confirmed in its statement that it has not entered into any agreements with foreign entities to recruit nurses from outside Morocco as of now.

The group explained that, as part of its expansion program between 2023 and 2024, it opened several clinics in various Moroccan cities, in partnership with the Office of Vocational Training and Labor Promotion (OFPPT) and the “Programme Ouarches.” This program enabled the recruitment of over 4,000 Moroccan competencies in nursing and paramedical fields, aiming to enhance the quality of healthcare services within the Kingdom.

The group also indicated that it is continuing its expansion strategy, with plans to open new clinics in various regions of the Kingdom between 2025 and 2026. The group will recruit additional nursing and paramedical staff, emphasizing that priority will always be given to Moroccan competencies.

In light of the recorded shortage of human resources in the healthcare sector, AKDITAL Group confirmed that it does not rule out opening up to foreign competencies to address the structural gap in this field. However, the group reiterated its commitment to supporting national competencies and continuing to invest in the development of the healthcare sector in the Kingdom, ensuring the provision of medical services according to the highest standards.

It is worth noting that AKDITAL Group is one of the leading players in the healthcare sector in Morocco, consistently striving to enhance the quality of services provided to citizens while prioritizing local competencies.
