The campaign aimed to educate residents about the dangers of gas poisoning during bathing. The initiative, which took place at a crucial time during the winter season, comes as incidents of poisoning and deaths rise due to gas water heaters.
The campaign was marked by the direct distribution of advice and guidance to citizens. Residents were reminded of the importance of ensuring proper ventilation in spaces where gas heaters are used and checking the safety of these devices to ensure their safe operation. The campaign also emphasized the need to take necessary precautions to avoid accidents that could lead to poisoning or suffocation.
