Fès – Le journal Fès News a reçu une plainte d’un citoyen via l’application de messagerie instantanée WhatsApp, accompagnée d’une vidéo, faisant état de ce qu’il décrit comme l’imposition de sommes d’argent aux usagers d’un espace ouvert utilisé pour le stationnement dans le secteur d’Aïn El Ouali, à Fès.
Selon les éléments contenus dans cette plainte, l’auteur affirme avoir été surpris par une demande de paiement en contrepartie du stationnement de son véhicule dans un terrain qu’il décrit comme un espace non aménagé et ne disposant pas du statut officiel de parking. Toujours selon son témoignage, une altercation verbale aurait éclaté avec des personnes présentes sur les lieux après son refus de s’acquitter de la somme réclamée.
Le plaignant soutient également avoir fait l’objet de harcèlement à la suite de cet incident. Il affirme notamment avoir été la cible de jets de pierres et d’actes d’incitation impliquant des enfants présents sur place, selon les déclarations figurant dans son message adressé au média.
Le citoyen a joint à sa plainte une vidéo qu’il présente comme illustrant une partie des faits évoqués. Il appelle les autorités compétentes à intervenir afin de vérifier la nature des activités exercées sur le site ainsi que les conditions de son exploitation.

Fès – Fès News has received a complaint from a citizen via WhatsApp, accompanied by a video, alleging that money is being collected from motorists using an open area for parking in the Aïn El Ouali district of Fès.
According to the complaint, the individual stated that he was surprised to be asked to pay a fee for parking his vehicle in what he described as an undeveloped open space that does not appear to be an officially designated parking facility. He further claimed that a verbal dispute arose with individuals present at the location after he refused to pay the requested amount.
The complainant also alleged that he was subjected to harassment following the incident. According to his account, he was targeted with stone throwing and faced acts of incitement involving children who were present at the scene.
The citizen attached a video that he says documents part of the events described in his complaint and called on the relevant authorities to investigate the nature of the activities taking place at the site and the conditions under which it is being operated.
Fès News stresses that, at the time of publication, it had not been able to independently verify the accuracy of the allegations contained in the complaint, nor confirm the date and location where the circulated video was recorded. The newspaper also noted that it had not yet obtained comments or clarifications from the parties concerned.
