Le Chef du gouvernement a annoncé la suspension exceptionnelle des activités des administrations de l’État et des collectivités territoriales le lundi 23 mars 2026, à l’occasion de la célébration de l’Aïd Al-Fitr.
The Head of Government announced the exceptional closure of state administrations and local authorities on Monday, March 23, 2026, on the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

Selon un communiqué officiel, cette décision intervient conformément aux dispositions de l’article 3 du décret n° 2.05.916 du 13 Joumada II 1426, correspondant au 20 juillet 2005, relatif à l’organisation des jours fériés liés aux fêtes religieuses.
According to an official statement, the decision comes in application of Article 3 of Decree No. 2.05.916 issued on 13 Jumada II 1426, corresponding to July 20, 2005, concerning the regulation of official holidays related to religious occasions.

Cette mesure concerne l’ensemble des administrations publiques et des collectivités territoriales, dans le cadre de l’organisation des jours fériés officiels liés aux fêtes et occasions religieuses.
This measure applies to all public administrations and territorial authorities as part of the regulation of official holidays related to religious celebrations and occasions.

La décision vise à permettre aux fonctionnaires de célébrer l’Aïd Al-Fitr dans des conditions appropriées, conformément au cadre juridique régissant les jours fériés officiels au Maroc.
The decision aims to allow public employees to celebrate Eid al-Fitr in appropriate conditions, in accordance with the legal framework governing official holidays in Morocco.
