Jordan’s Royal Court announced on Tuesday that Jordan’s King Abdullah II will undergo a minor surgery to treat an incisional hernia.
The statement explained that the operation will take place at Al-Hussein Medical City on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. King Abdullah had previously undergone surgery in April 2022 in Germany to treat a herniated disc in the thoracic spine area.
The statement indicated that the king had suffered from intermittent spinal pain as a result of parachuting during his years of service in special operations.
