On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, Fes News received a copy of a formal complaint addressed to the Pasha of the Cherrada district in Fes. The complaint, submitted by residents of the lower section of Ain Qadous, expresses deep dissatisfaction over an illegally constructed building that has caused significant inconvenience to the neighborhood.
According to the complaint, the building, located between numbers 124 and 146 in the lower section, belongs to a woman residing there with her husband. Residents claim that the structure does not comply with urban planning regulations and obstructs pedestrian movement. Additionally, it blocks the view from neighboring windows, creating further distress among locals.
Complainants also pointed out that the building encroaches on public property without authorization, exacerbating the issue and necessitating urgent intervention from the relevant authorities.
In response, the residents have called on the Pasha of Cherrada to take immediate action and issue an order for the removal of the illegal construction, ensuring the protection of their rights and compliance with urban development laws.
The neighborhood awaits the authorities’ response, hoping for swift legal measures to rectify the situation and restore order.
