Royal Air Maroc Receives Its Tenth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) received its tenth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on Sunday at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, a step that strengthens its long-haul aircraft fleet.

According to a company press release, the new aircraft, which landed at Mohammed V Airport at 10:20 AM, was welcomed with the traditional water salute, increasing the company’s long-haul fleet from 9 to 10 aircraft.

The delivery of this aircraft marks the first phase in implementing Royal Air Maroc’s development plan, following a program contract signed with the government in July 2023. The statement indicated that an eleventh Dreamliner is expected to be delivered before the end of this year.

With these two additional aircraft, Royal Air Maroc plans to launch new direct flights to global destinations including São Paulo, Toronto, and Beijing.
