A joint security team from the police station in Ksar al-Kabir succeeded in arresting two individuals in their thirties on Thursday evening, both of whom were wanted at the national level for suspected involvement in unlicensed alcohol trafficking.
According to informed sources, the first suspect, identified as “B.G.,” was arrested in the Al-Massira neighborhood.
Born in 1993, he has multiple criminal records related to drug trafficking and is subject to three national arrest warrants.
In the Diwan neighborhood of the old city, the second suspect, “S.T.,” also born in 1993, was apprehended with a quantity of various types of alcohol in her possession.
She is likewise the subject of a national arrest warrant.
