During the regular session of the Zouagha District Council on September 6, 2024, chaired by Mr. Ismail Jai Mansouri, a heated discussion emerged regarding budget management and contract execution.
Several council members voiced their frustration over the president’s frequent absences and called for a more effective distribution of responsibilities among deputies and councilors.

He pointed out deficiencies in communication with relevant authorities and delays in implementing decisions related to providing essential services to residents.
The member also stressed the need for increased attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the care of public spaces and sports facilities.
The session concluded with a message of loyalty and devotion to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, expressing hopes for continued coordination among various parties to improve living conditions and achieve desired development goals for the community.
