- A.H: Bribery, embezzlement of public funds, receiving benefits from an institution he manages and supervises, abuse of power, forgery of official documents and their use, forgery of informal documents and their use.
- A.T: Participation in embezzlement of public funds, forgery of official documents, participation in forgery of informal documents.
- Z.M: Bribery, participation in embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds, forgery of informal documents.
This trial is part of efforts to combat corruption and enhance transparency in Morocco, where authorities seek to hold accountable officials involved in corruption cases.”
