L’Allemagne a réaffirmé, jeudi, le rôle central de l’initiative d’autonomie sous souveraineté marocaine comme solution au différend régional autour du Sahara marocain, tout en s’engageant à agir conformément à cette position sur les plans diplomatique et économique.
Germany reaffirmed on Thursday the central importance of the autonomy initiative under Moroccan sovereignty as a solution to the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara, while committing to act in line with this position on both diplomatic and economic levels.

Cette position a été exprimée dans une déclaration conjointe publiée à l’issue de la deuxième session du dialogue stratégique multidimensionnel maroco-allemand, tenue à Rabat entre le ministre des Affaires étrangères, de la Coopération africaine et des Marocains résidant à l’étranger, Nasser Bourita, et son homologue allemand Johann Wadephul.
This position was expressed in a joint declaration issued following the second session of the Moroccan-German multidimensional strategic dialogue held in Rabat between Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, and his German counterpart Johann Wadephul.

Le gouvernement allemand a affirmé, selon la déclaration commune, qu’« une véritable autonomie sous souveraineté marocaine pourrait constituer la solution la plus réaliste » à ce conflit, tout en saluant la résolution 2797 du Conseil de sécurité adoptée le 31 octobre 2025.
According to the joint declaration, the German government stated that “genuine autonomy under Moroccan sovereignty could constitute the most realistic solution” to this conflict, while also welcoming United Nations Security Council Resolution 2797 adopted on October 31, 2025.

Berlin a également souligné que l’initiative d’autonomie proposée par le Maroc représente « une base sérieuse et crédible pour les négociations » visant à parvenir à une solution politique juste, durable et mutuellement acceptable.
Berlin also stressed that Morocco’s autonomy initiative constitutes “a serious and credible basis for negotiations” aimed at reaching a fair, lasting, and mutually acceptable political solution.

L’Allemagne a renouvelé son plein soutien au Secrétaire général des Nations unies ainsi qu’à son envoyé personnel afin de poursuivre les négociations sur la base de l’initiative marocaine, saluant la volonté du Royaume d’expliquer concrètement la mise en œuvre de l’autonomie sous souveraineté marocaine.
Germany renewed its full support for the United Nations Secretary-General and his personal envoy in continuing negotiations based on the Moroccan initiative, praising the Kingdom’s willingness to clarify how autonomy under Moroccan sovereignty could be implemented.
