Le Centre Régional d’Investissement de la région Fès–Meknès a annoncé l’ouverture des candidatures pour la réalisation de 11 projets touristiques répartis sur plusieurs provinces de la région, dans une démarche visant à soutenir la dynamique d’investissement, renforcer l’attractivité territoriale et créer des emplois durables.
The Regional Investment Center of the Fes–Meknes region announced the opening of applications for the development of 11 tourism projects across several provinces in the region, in a move aimed at supporting investment dynamics, enhancing territorial attractiveness, and creating sustainable jobs.

Selon un communiqué du centre, ces projets seront réalisés sur des assiettes foncières publiques, dans le cadre d’une vision visant à valoriser les potentialités touristiques de la région et à développer une offre touristique diversifiée adaptée aux spécificités de chaque province.
According to a statement from the center, these projects will be carried out on public land, as part of a strategy aimed at enhancing the region’s tourism potential and developing a diversified tourism offering tailored to the characteristics of each province.

Dans la province de Sefrou, le programme prévoit la création d’un complexe touristique intégré comprenant un hôtel quatre étoiles d’une capacité de 80 chambres, ainsi que des infrastructures de loisirs et sportives, incluant des piscines, un parc aquatique et une salle de conférences, renforçant ainsi l’infrastructure touristique locale.
In the province of Sefrou, the program includes the creation of an integrated tourist complex featuring a four-star hotel with a capacity of 80 rooms, along with leisure and sports facilities, including swimming pools, a water park, and a conference hall, thereby strengthening local tourism infrastructure.

Dans la province de Boulemane, les projets portent sur la création d’un gîte touristique dans la commune d’Enjil, ainsi que d’un musée écologique et d’un lodge touristique dans la commune d’El Arjane, dans le but de valoriser les richesses naturelles et environnementales de la المنطقة.

Dans la province de Taounate, il est prévu la réalisation d’une maison d’hôtes et d’un parc de loisirs dans la commune de Ourtzagh, ainsi qu’une résidence touristique trois étoiles dans la commune de Kissan, dans le cadre du soutien au tourisme rural et aux activités associées.

Dans la province d’El Hajeb, le projet prévoit la création d’une unité hôtelière d’au moins trois étoiles, équipée d’infrastructures complètes, dans une démarche visant à diversifier l’offre touristique de la région.

Le communiqué précise que ces projets seront réalisés sur des terrains relevant du domaine privé de l’État ainsi que sur des terres collectives et forestières, offrant un cadre juridique et réglementaire favorable à l’investissement et renforçant les chances de concrétisation de projets à forte valeur ajoutée.
The statement notes that these projects will be carried out on land belonging to the state’s private domain as well as on collective and forest lands, providing a favorable legal and regulatory framework for investment and increasing the likelihood of delivering high value-added projects.
