Fez: A source close to the Fez-Meknes Regional Governorate revealed the final administrative and technical details of the multi-sports arena project in Fez, confirming that the total duration for completing all works has been set at 16 calendar months starting from the official service order date.
The project concerns the execution of the main package “Macrolot n°1,” which includes major structural works, the steel framework, and the architectural components of the facility.
The structured works planned in the heart of the city include façade development, wooden and metal carpentry, air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as advanced scenography equipment and elevators to ensure the arena is fully prepared to host international events.
The Fez Region Development Company (Société Fès Région Aménagement – SFRA) acts as delegated project owner and will directly oversee the administrative, financial, and technical monitoring of the construction process.
According to the strict contractual specifications, the contractor is required to provide a one-year (12 months) warranty period starting from the provisional acceptance date, along with a strict confidentiality obligation regarding project-related information, prohibiting disclosure to third parties without prior authorization. The competent courts of Fez have been designated to settle any legal disputes that may arise during the execution phase.

Fès : Une source proche de la Wilaya de la région Fès-Meknès a dévoilé les derniers détails administratifs et techniques relatifs au projet de construction de la salle omnisports à Fès, précisant que la durée globale des travaux a été fixée à 16 mois calendaires à compter de la date d’émission de l’ordre de service.
Le projet concerne la réalisation du lot principal « Macrolot n°1 », incluant les gros œuvres, la structure métallique ainsi que les éléments architecturaux du complexe.
Les travaux structurants prévus au cœur de la ville comprennent l’aménagement des façades, la menuiserie bois et métallique, les systèmes de climatisation et de ventilation, ainsi que des équipements scénographiques avancés et des ascenseurs afin de garantir la capacité de la salle à accueillir des manifestations internationales.
La Société Fès Région Aménagement (SFRA) assure la maîtrise d’ouvrage déléguée et supervisera directement le suivi administratif, financier et technique du chantier.
Conformément au cahier des charges strict, l’attributaire du marché devra assurer une garantie d’une année (12 mois) à compter de la réception provisoire, avec une obligation stricte de confidentialité des informations relatives au projet, interdisant toute diffusion à des tiers sans autorisation préalable. Les tribunaux compétents de Fès ont été désignés pour trancher tout litige pouvant survenir durant la phase d’exécution.
