La deuxième réunion ministérielle du Forum de coopération Inde–Pays arabes, qui s’est tenue hier samedi dans la capitale indienne New Delhi, a mis en lumière les efforts continus du Comité de Jérusalem, présidé par Sa Majesté le roi Mohammed VI, pour soutenir la cause palestinienne et préserver le statut historique et religieux de la ville de Jérusalem.
The second ministerial meeting of the India–Arab States Cooperation Forum, held yesterday, Saturday, in the Indian capital New Delhi, highlighted the ongoing efforts of the Jerusalem Committee, chaired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, to support the Palestinian cause and preserve the historical and religious status of the city of Jerusalem.

L’« Déclaration de New Delhi », qui a couronné les travaux de cette réunion, a salué de manière explicite les initiatives menées par l’Agence Bayt Mal Al-Qods Al-Sharif, considérée comme le bras exécutif du Comité de Jérusalem, et les programmes sociaux et humanitaires qu’elle met en œuvre au bénéfice de la population de Jérusalem.
The “New Delhi Declaration,” which concluded the proceedings of this meeting, explicitly praised the initiatives carried out by the Bayt Mal Al-Qods Al-Sharif Agency, considered the executive arm of the Jerusalem Committee, and the social and humanitarian programs it implements for the benefit of Jerusalem residents.

Les ministres arabes et indiens, à travers cette déclaration, ont souligné l’importance du rôle du Comité de Jérusalem, exprimant leur appréciation pour la crédibilité des initiatives menées par Sa Majesté le roi Mohammed VI, visant à soutenir une solution juste et durable à la cause palestinienne fondée sur la solution des deux États, contribuant ainsi au renforcement de la paix et de la stabilité régionale.
The Arab and Indian ministers, through this declaration, emphasized the importance of the role of the Jerusalem Committee, expressing their appreciation for the credibility of initiatives led by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, aimed at supporting a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian cause based on the two-state solution, thereby contributing to regional peace and stability.

Selon des observateurs, cette position reflète une reconnaissance internationale croissante du rôle central joué par le Comité de Jérusalem dans la préservation de l’identité historique et religieuse de la ville sainte, ainsi que des efforts sur le terrain menés par l’Agence Bayt Mal Al-Qods Al-Sharif pour soutenir la résilience des habitants de Jérusalem et améliorer leurs conditions socio-économiques.
According to observers, this stance reflects growing international recognition of the central role played by the Jerusalem Committee in preserving the historical and religious identity of the Holy City, as well as the field efforts of the Bayt Mal Al-Qods Al-Sharif Agency to support the resilience of Jerusalem residents and improve their socio-economic conditions.

Cette réunion ministérielle, coprésidée par l’Inde et les Émirats arabes unis en tant que président actuel de la Ligue arabe, est intervenue après une interruption de dix ans, la première session ayant été tenue à Bahreïn en 2016. Le Forum de coopération indo-arabe constitue le principal cadre institutionnel pour orienter le partenariat entre les deux parties, établi en 2002 dans le cadre d’un protocole d’entente entre l’Inde et la Ligue arabe.
This ministerial meeting, co-chaired by India and the United Arab Emirates as the current president of the Arab League, took place after a ten-year hiatus, with the first session held in Bahrain in 2016. The India–Arab Cooperation Forum constitutes the main institutional framework to guide the partnership between the two sides, established in 2002 under a memorandum of understanding between India and the Arab League.

Le Maroc a participé à cette rencontre avec une délégation officielle dirigée par l’ambassadeur du Royaume auprès de l’Égypte et son représentant permanent auprès de la Ligue arabe, Mohamed Ait Ouali, et comprenant notamment l’ambassadeur du roi à New Delhi, Mohamed Maliki, ainsi que le directeur des affaires asiatiques et océaniennes au ministère des Affaires étrangères, Omar Qadri.
Morocco participated in this meeting with an official delegation led by the Kingdom’s ambassador to Egypt and its permanent representative to the Arab League, Mohamed Ait Ouali, including notably the King’s ambassador in New Delhi, Mohamed Maliki, as well as the director of Asian and Oceanian affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Omar Qadri.
