Fes – The general director of the milk production unit in Guercif province appeared yesterday in the first preliminary investigation session before the investigating judge at the primary chamber responsible for financial crimes at the Fes Court of Appeal, following judicial proceedings against him while free on charges related to suspected embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds.
The daily newspaper “Al-Massae” reported that the investigating judge, after conducting the preliminary hearing of the person concerned, decided to postpone the case to the detailed investigation session scheduled to be held on December 20th of this month.
Informed sources expect that the upcoming session will reveal precise data and new facts that may have significant implications for the suspect’s situation and anyone who may be involved with him in the same case.
