Rabat – The General Directorate of Meteorology reported in its daily bulletin that the weather tomorrow, Monday, November 24, 2025, will generally be characterized by relatively cold conditions, especially during morning and night, with local frost formation over the Atlas and Rif mountains and the eastern high plateaus.
Main Expected Weather Phenomena:
- Cold weather with frost during the morning over high areas and plateaus.
- Relatively dense clouds with possibility of scattered rain drops over southern provinces.
- Passage of dense clouds during the night over the Tangier and Loukkos region.
- Somewhat strong wind gusts in the eastern region, Mediterranean coast, and Atlas mountains.
Expected Minimum Temperatures:
- Minus 03 to 04 degrees in the Atlas and Rif mountains, eastern region, and locally in the west, northern plains, phosphate plateaus, and Oulmès.
- 04 to 10 degrees in the rest of the northern and central regions.
- 11 to 17 degrees on the central coasts and in the far south.
- 18 to 23 degrees in the center and south of the Saharan provinces.
Maximum Daytime Temperatures:
- Notable decrease in the northern and central plains and eastern southern provinces.
- Slight increase in other regions.
Sea Conditions:
- Slightly rough to rough, and locally rough to very rough on the Mediterranean coast.
- Calm to slightly rough in the Strait.
- Generally slightly rough along the Atlantic coast.
The General Directorate of Meteorology advises citizens, especially in highland and interior regions, to take necessary precautions against severe cold and frost formation during early morning.
