Moulay Yacoub – The Municipal Council of Moulay Yacoub announces the holding of the second session for deliberation, discussion, and voting on the remaining agenda item of the ordinary October 2025 meeting, which concerns the draft budget for the year 2026. The session will take place on the morning of Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the meeting hall at the commune’s headquarters.
Notably, summons have been sent to only twelve (12) members of the municipal council, excluding those members whose dismissal has been confirmed. This includes Mr. Elyazid Shakrani, whose dismissal was confirmed during the first session of the October 2025 ordinary meeting, as well as Ms. Khadija Bounoader and Ms. Saadia Al-Kiri, whose dismissals were confirmed during the ordinary session of May 2025.
This procedure is implemented in accordance with Article 67 of Organic Law No. 113.14 relating to local communities, and in enforcement of the latest circular from the Ministry of the Interior concerning the repeated absence of municipal council members.
The council also reminds that the session is open to the public, pursuant to Article 48 of Organic Law No. 113.14, allowing citizens who wish to follow the session’s proceedings to attend in the designated area inside the meeting hall. This reflects the commune’s commitment to the principle of transparency and enhancing participatory democracy.
