The Bayt Mal Al Quds Agency, the field arm of the Jerusalem Committee, is participating in the “Expand North Star 2025” exhibition, which opens this Sunday in Dubai and continues until October 15. This participation coincides with the launch of the social and economic season of Jerusalem 2025-2026.
The agency is present at the international event with an institutional pavilion and a dedicated booth for the “BMAQ Innovation Hub” incubator, which hosts six Palestinian startup projects supported by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, in partnership with Al-Quds University. This marks the agency’s second participation in this global gathering, reflecting its commitment, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, to support social and economic development in Jerusalem and empower Palestinian youth through encouraging innovation and promoting entrepreneurship.
The six selected startup projects, chosen based on special criteria developed in cooperation with a specialized team from Al-Quds University, cover sectors including health, education, beekeeping, electronic games, and applications designed for people with disabilities.
The participating Palestinian startups within the agency’s incubator include: “GlyCare,” an AI-powered platform for diabetes management; “Hives360,” an intelligent system for managing beehives and analyzing productivity; “Plink Play,” a platform specialized in electronic games; “Rafeeqek,” an application focused on women’s health; “Taleik AI,” a service using AI to automate Arabic voice responses; and “Mufakker,” an interactive educational platform aimed at integrating children with special needs.
The Bayt Mal Al Quds Agency supports these Palestinian companies in various parallel activities provided by North Star, including the “Supernova” competition, which brings together a selection of innovative projects worldwide, as well as organizing one-on-one meetings with investors and Arab and international business accelerators. The agency also facilitates mentorship sessions focusing on product development and enhancing readiness for growth and investment.
This is the agency’s fourth delegation of its kind sponsored to participate in major international and national exhibitions, affirming its ongoing commitment to economically empower Palestinian youth and create new growth opportunities in technology and innovation. This participation also highlights Palestine’s presence on the international stage and showcases the abilities of Palestinian talents to innovate and compete in global technology markets.
