Fez Prepares to Host World Rally Champions for the Start of Morocco Rally 2025

The city of Fez is preparing to serve as the official starting point for the Morocco Rally 2025, organized under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, from October 10 to 17.

This global sporting event will feature a distinguished lineup of world-renowned rally-raid champions, including Qatari driver Nasser Al-Attiyah, Saudi driver Yazeed Al-Rajhi, Spanish driver Carlos Sainz, and French driver Stéphane Peterhansel, along with prominent Moroccan drivers.

Fez, known as the scientific capital, will host the rally’s initial days, with administrative and technical scrutineering for participating vehicles scheduled for October 10 and 11. The city will also organize the prologue (showcase stage) on October 12, offering motorsport fans an opportunity to see the champions and their cars up close.

An official press conference to present this new edition of the rally is planned for Saturday, October 11, at the Marriott Hotel in Fez, starting at 5:00 p.m. The actual race will start from Fez towards the city of Erfoud in the early hours of Monday, October 13.
