This afternoon, Friday, security services in the city of Fes were mobilized after receiving notice of a body found lying in a public street under mysterious circumstances. This prompted the opening of a preliminary judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor, with the aim of uncovering the circumstances surrounding the incident.
According to insider sources, the victim was a resident of Hay Hanan Bin N’str currently located near Ibn Batuta School in the Jnan al-Ward district of the Jnanat sector. He reportedly collapsed unconscious in the vicinity of the school, sparking astonishment among passersby.
The same sources added that a number of citizens were shocked by the victim’s fall and immediately alerted the national security forces and emergency medical responders, who rushed to the scene. The body will be subjected to a forensic autopsy to determine the causes and conditions surrounding this death.
