The Syndicate of Educational Administrators Protests the Delay in the Transfer Movement and Calls for a Protest Stand

The Syndicate of Educational Administrators issued a statement on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, expressing its dissatisfaction with the Ministry of National Education’s handling of their demands file, announcing the organization of a protest stand in front of the ministry headquarters in Rabat on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

The statement confirmed that the category is experiencing an unprecedented state of frustration due to the delay in announcing the results of the transfer movement concerning general supervisors, principals, study directors, and headmasters, which negatively affects their family and professional stability.

The statement outlined several key demands, the most prominent of which are:

  • Immediate release of the transfer movement results
  • Opening mobility between educational sectors
  • Announcing the vacant positions for competition
  • Immediate appointment of those relieved from educational administration duties back to their original positions
  • Rejecting the assignment to educational administration positions outside legal regulations

The syndicate also announced the continuation of boycotting all training sessions, operations, and meetings related to leadership institutions and the integrated school project, warning against attempts to restrict union work.

The statement pointed out that the syndicate’s national council will hold an in-person session soon to outline a new action plan, calling on members to fully mobilize and prepare to engage in this plan to defend their professional rights and dignity.
