Investigations conducted by the police in the Fidaa Mers Sultan security district revealed that the incident constitutes a criminal matter. Police officers swiftly apprehended the individual shortly after the video went viral.
A judicial investigation has been opened under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor. The suspect, a citizen from a Sub-Saharan African country, was transferred to a local hospital for mental and psychological evaluation.
