Abdel Nabi Al-Baayouy Faces Forgery Charges: Fake Marriage Certificate and Tampered Internal Truck Numbering

In a courtroom session filled with intense confrontations, defendant Abdel Nabi Al-Baayouy was hit with serious forgery allegations, adding new layers to the ongoing case. A judicial police report revealed that the document presented as proof of his marriage to Samia Moussa was entirely forged.

During the investigation, the presiding judge confronted Al-Baayouy about the certificate proving his single status—necessary for the marriage contract—which was found to be completely falsified, including the official municipal stamp and the name of the employee responsible, who was confirmed not to work in that administrative department. Al-Baayouy admitted signing the contract but shifted responsibility to his wife Samia, who handled the procedures, and acknowledged that he did not have the approval of his first wife for this marriage.

The confrontation did not end there. It extended to a case involving five trucks alleged by the Malian party to belong to him. Investigations by the National Judicial Police revealed that the internal numbering (the “biserina”) on these trucks was completely forged. When confronted with original photos of the numbering, Al-Baayouy denied any involvement in the forgery, asserting that the trucks were never intended to be used.

These developments reveal that the case goes beyond drug trafficking, encompassing a network of illegal activities currently under thorough investigation.
