Fès-Saïss International Airport is witnessing an exceptional comprehensive mobilization during this summer period, coinciding with the launch of Operation Marhaba 2025. This operation is held under the direct auspices of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and supervised by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, in close coordination with various institutional stakeholders.
This collective commitment aligns with the Royal High Directives emphasizing the need to preserve the dignity of Moroccan citizens, making it a central element in public policies—especially regarding the transit conditions of members of the Moroccan diaspora abroad.
In this context, Mohamed Addouli, Head of the Technical and Navigation Department at the airport, confirmed that the airport management has mobilized substantial human, logistical, and technical resources. This integrated approach aims to accelerate administrative procedures, organize passenger flow, ensure special support for people with disabilities, respect luggage delivery deadlines, and operate commercial facilities with transparent pricing.
The official also highlighted that the National Airports Office (ONDA) provides multiple communication channels, including the official website www.onda.ma, a 24/7 call center, and official social media accounts, enabling direct and immediate interaction with travelers.
🇲🇦 Comprehensive Support Network Inside and Outside Morocco
This mobilization is part of the 25th edition of Operation Marhaba, which this year includes 26 reception centers distributed inside and outside the kingdom, encompassing airports, ports, border points, and overseas support centers in France, Spain, and Italy.
To guarantee quality social and medical services, the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity has deployed over 1,200 medical staff, social workers, and volunteers working continuously at transit centers throughout the period from June 10 to September 15, 2025.
This broad commitment reaffirms Morocco’s constant dedication, under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty the King, to strengthening the ties between Moroccans around the world and their homeland, in an atmosphere of warm welcome, appreciation, and pride.
