Throughout his career, Dr. Sidra gained significant experience in managing higher education institutions. He served as the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology in Errachidia, part of Moulay Ismail University, and was an Assistant Director at the National School of Applied Sciences in Al Hoceima during the 2014-2015 academic year. He also managed the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Kenitra during the 2015-2016 academic year.
Dr. Sidra hails from the Tamzemout region in the Zagora province. He obtained his PhD in Theoretical Physics from Mohammed V University in Rabat in 1995 and later earned a PhD in Philosophy from Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra in 2017.
