The Koudia Sports Club has officially established its sports company, following approval from its members during an extraordinary general assembly held on Saturday, May 31, at the Al-Khattatf Center. This move aligns with the new sports law, aiming to modernize and professionalize the club’s management.
The sports company is capitalized at 300,000 dirhams, with the club’s sports association holding a 99% stake, while the remaining 1% is allocated to the club’s board members. This structure reflects the association’s dominant role in the new company.
President Azeddine El Yaacoubi has been granted full authority to appoint the company’s board of directors, expediting the establishment of the organizational structure and enabling the company to commence its activities promptly.
El Yaacoubi emphasized that the establishment of the sports company marks a pivotal moment in the club’s history. He highlighted that this initiative is part of a forward-looking vision aimed at enhancing training, coaching, and increasing the club’s competitiveness at the national level.
Additionally, El Yaacoubi announced the club’s participation in the “Study and Sports” project, overseen by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation in partnership with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports. This project integrates academic education with sports training for youth development.
