The Fez-Saiss Association is organizing the ninth edition of the Rhythmic Race to Ancient Music Beats, which will take place on Sunday, May 18, 2025, coinciding with the 28th edition of the Fez Festival of World Sacred Music.
This event is organized under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and under the supervision of the Wilaya of the Fez-Meknes region, in partnership with the Mechouar Fez Jdid Commune and the Regional Academy of Education and Training of Fez-Meknes.
The race will start at exactly 9:00 AM from the main gate of Jnan Sbil garden, passing through the gates and historical monuments of the ancient city of Fez for a distance of 10 kilometers. Approximately 3,000 runners of all ages and genders are expected to participate, with the presence of Olympic champion Nawal El Moutawakel.
A press conference will be held on this occasion on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the headquarters of the Fez-Saiss Association in Sidi El Khayat – Batha district in Fez.
It is worth noting that this sporting and cultural event is part of the Fez Festival of World Sacred Music, which will be held from May 16 to 24, 2025.
