Rabat – The President of Peru’s “Popular Force” party, Mrs. Keiko Fujimori, affirmed today, Monday, in Rabat, the party’s support for the Kingdom’s territorial integrity and its sovereignty over its entire territory.
A statement from the House of Representatives indicated that Mrs. Fujimori, who is currently on a working visit to Morocco, expressed this position during discussions she held with the Speaker of the House, Mr. Rachid Talbi Alami.
The statement added that the Peruvian party official highlighted during this meeting that her visit to the Kingdom falls within the framework of gaining insight into the Moroccan experience in various fields.
The meeting, the same source noted, provided an opportunity for the Speaker of the House of Representatives to brief Mrs. Fujimori on the political, economic, and social reforms undertaken by the Kingdom of Morocco and the major projects it is witnessing under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Mr. Talbi Alami also provided an overview of the Moroccan parliamentary experience, particularly the prerogatives of the House of Representatives in light of the 2011 Constitution, as well as the latest developments regarding the issue of the Kingdom’s territorial integrity.
