PJD Condemns the Escalation of Israeli Aggression on Gaza and Calls for Urgent Action at the National and International Levels

The General Secretariat of the Justice and Development Party (PJD) has strongly condemned the recent escalation by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip, where the aggression against the defenseless Palestinian people has resumed. The party has accused the Israeli occupation of committing a genocide against the Palestinians.

In an official statement, the party stated that the attack on Gaza is a blatant violation of the ceasefire and international law, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 400 people in one night, including many children and women, along with hundreds of injured individuals. This is considered one of the greatest massacres the region has witnessed since the beginning of the “Al-Aqsa Flood.”

The party called on Moroccan authorities to act urgently by leveraging Morocco’s international position to pressure the international community and raise its voice to denounce Israeli practices. It demanded the cancellation of all agreements signed with the Zionist entity and the severing of all ties with it, in light of what the party described as “Zionist betrayal.” The PJD emphasized that the occupation does not seek peace and cannot be trusted.

The Justice and Development Party also called for collective action on both official and popular levels in the Arab and Islamic world to confront the Israeli aggression and halt what it termed a “genocidal war” aimed at eliminating the Palestinian cause. It warned that this aggression is part of Israel’s attempt to sow discord and division in the region.

The party affirmed that Israel continues to prove itself as an entity that does not respect international laws and agreements, stressing that the “bloody entity” continues to commit massacres against the Palestinian people with no regard for human rights.

In this context, the party condemned the completely biased U.S. policy toward the Israeli occupation, blaming the U.S. administration for its direct support of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, which contradicts its declared role as a mediator in the peace process in the region.
