The city of Fez is hosting an international conference to discuss legal reforms and upcoming amendments to procedural laws, with the participation of prominent legal experts and judicial professionals.

The opening session will take place from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM and will feature speeches from distinguished figures, including:
- Noureddine El Gabbio, President of the Fez Bar Association.
- Houcine Ezzanati, President of the Moroccan Bar Associations.
- The Public Prosecutor and members of the judiciary.
- Abdellatif Ouahbi, Minister of Justice.
🔹 Guidance Session:
After a tea break, the guidance session will focus on “Amending Procedural Laws in Light of Fundamental Principles and Modern Trends”, with contributions from leading legal scholars, including:
- Dr. Mohamed Bouzallafa, Dean of the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Fez.
- Houcine Ezzanati, President of the Moroccan Bar Associations.
- University professors and experts in legislation and judiciary matters.
🔹 Day Two: Saturday, February 15, 2025
Discussions will continue on Saturday, focusing on “The Right to a Fair Trial in Light of International Human Rights Standards and Comparative Law.” Experts in international and criminal law will participate in these debates.

The conference will conclude on Saturday with a summary report, presenting key recommendations and findings to be submitted to the relevant authorities.
