As part of efforts to foster digital skills and encourage excellence in programming, the Regional Academy of Education and Training for the Fez-Meknes region hosted the regional qualifiers for the first edition of the National Python Programming Competition, organized under the Samsung Innovation Campus project.
The competition featured nine teams representing the regional education directorates, with each team consisting of two students and a supervising teacher. Participants demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, reflecting the quality of training they had received in the field of programming.
After a series of competitive challenges, the judging panel selected the Boulemane Directorate team to represent the region in the national competition, based on their outstanding performance in various tests.
This competition aligns with the academy’s goal of enhancing students’ programming skills and integrating them into a modern educational environment driven by innovation and technology. It also complements the training programs provided to teachers, which have contributed to improving mentorship quality and strengthening students’ abilities in Python programming.
This event marks a significant step in advancing digital education within schools, equipping students with future-ready skills that align with the demands of the digital era and the evolving job market.
