In light of the cold weather in the Boulman region, the health teams of the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection, in coordination with local authorities and educational staff, mobilized their efforts to travel to various educational institutions to verify the vaccination status of schoolchildren and catch up with the unvaccinated against the diseases targeted by the national vaccination program.
According to the available preliminary data, the mobile health teams continued to perform their mission, visiting this week several schools belonging to the Oulad Ali Youssef community, including “Upper Tsewant”, “Azelfan”, “Ait Saada”, “Beni Hassan”, and “Al Masarah”.
The campaign included vaccination against measles (Bohmoron), as well as awareness sessions for students and teaching staff on the importance of vaccination in preventing deadly diseases.
It should be noted that the vaccination process is still ongoing, as part of the efforts of the health authorities to achieve the set goals and ensure the protection of children’s health.
