On Friday, the newspaper published an article claiming that local actors complained about the deterioration of health services at the regional hospital in Mysore, a source at the Ministry of Health in the Fes Meknès region told the newspaper, denying the validity of these allegations.
The source explained that these accusations “undermine the efforts of health workers who work hard to improve the level of health care in the region,” stressing that children’s vaccines are available in all health centers in the region, not in the regional hospital.
This clarification comes amid growing controversy over the quality of health services at the hospital, amid demands from residents to enhance the equipment and improve the medical care provided.
