Rabat and Casablanca in Morocco received 4.1 and 4.0 points respectively, matching the scores of Spanish cities La Coruña and Zaragoza. The Spanish city of Bilbao ranked relatively lower with 3.2 points.
At the bottom of the list, the Moroccan city of Tangier scored 2.2 points, while the Spanish city of San Sebastian recorded the lowest score with 2.0 points.
