Said Amzazi, the governor of the Souss Massa region, accompanied by Mr. Mustapha Amrabatn, the governor of Agadir Security, led an inspection visit to the exhibition grounds to review the ongoing preparations to host the activities of the fifth edition of “Open Doors for National Security,” scheduled to take place from May 17th to 21st.
Governor Amzazi was accompanied by a delegation including Mounir Jabilou, the General Manager of Souss Massa Development Company, and Youssef Tazi, the General Manager of the Independent Multi-Service Agency in Agadir, along with heads of security and external departments.
This visit aims to ensure the readiness of the exhibition grounds to host the activities of “Open Doors for National Security,” coinciding with the celebration of the 68th anniversary of the establishment of the General Directorate of National Security.
Preparations include preparing the exhibition area, setting up tents, and connecting the site to water, electricity, and sewage networks. Various security departments are also preparing for diverse presentations and activities aimed at familiarizing the public with the missions and services provided by the General Directorate of National Security.
Through these activities, the General Directorate of National Security seeks to enhance communication with citizens, strengthen the concept of community policing, and inform the public about the modern equipment and facilities used in crime prevention and maintaining public security.
The fifth edition of “Open Doors for National Security” is expected to attract a large number of visitors, reflecting the significant interest of citizens and officials alike.
