On Thursday, April 18, 2024, a government council was held under the chairmanship of Aziz Akhannouch, focusing on discussing several legislative texts and reviewing an international agreement. Discussions also revolved around proposals for appointments to high-ranking positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
The government council concluded its proceedings by discussing and approving proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
At the level of the Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of relations with Parliament, the following appointments were made:
- Mr. Shafik Al-Wadghiri as Secretary-General.
At the level of the Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of digital transition and administrative reform, the following appointment was made:
- Mr. Mohammed Ibrahimi as Inspector General.
At the level of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation, the following appointments were made:
- Mr. Belaid Bouagnane as Director of the National School of Applied Sciences in Beni Mellal.
- Mr. Ali Haytouf as Director of the Higher School of Teachers in Fes.
At the level of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the following appointment was made:
- Mr. Hassan Massoudi as Director of Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, and Public Affairs.
