On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the regional unified exam for the first year of the Baccalaureate was concluded in the various regional directorates under the Fès-Meknès Regional Academy of Education and Training.
According to Fouad Arouadi, Director of the Regional Academy, 268 exam centers were mobilized across the region, hosting a total of 74,000 candidates, including 16,000 candidates from the free candidate category.
The regional official also pointed out that the number of candidates has seen a 20% increase compared to last year. In 2025, there were 45,023 official candidates, compared to 16,995 free candidates.
This increase reflects the academy’s ongoing efforts to ensure the smooth and organized conduct of the exams, as well as to provide fair and equitable conditions for all candidates.
