The Judicial Police Brigade in Beni Makada, Tangier, opened an investigation Thursday morning under the supervision of the public prosecutor, following a shocking murder.
Security sources revealed that a 31-year-old man violently attacked his mother at the family home, causing her death, and seriously wounded his sister and brother with a white weapon.
The suspect was arrested and transferred to the hospital for initial treatment after his own injuries, pending the judicial investigation ordered by the prosecutor to uncover the motives behind this crime.
The injured siblings were hospitalized, while the mother’s body was placed in the morgue for an autopsy to determine the circumstances and cause of death.
