In a notable move, Mr. Youssef Baba, First Deputy President of the Moulay Yacoub Community Council, has submitted an official request to include a new item on the agenda for the regular session of October 2024.
In a letter addressed to the President of the Moulay Yacoub Community Council, dated August 7, 2024, the proposed item concerns “deliberation on withdrawing the authorization to exploit public community property for the construction and operation of a traditional mineral bath with international standards.”
Mr. Baba based his request on Article 40 of Organizational Law 113.14 related to communities, emphasizing the importance of discussing this topic in the context of the council’s upcoming session.
