Court Decision
Today, the Casablanca Court of First Instance sentenced the main suspect in the murder of Badr, known as “Weld Elfchouch,” to death. The court also sentenced the second suspect, A.R, to life in prison, the third suspect, A.A, to 20 years, and the fourth suspect, H.A, to 5 years.
Compensation
The court ordered a compensation of 500,000 dirhams for the parents, and 100 dirhams as compensation for the siblings of the deceased. Additionally, a compensation of 30,000 dirhams was awarded to the rest of the civil claimants.
