Boulemane – The Governor of Boulemane Province, Allal El Baz, presided on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the main hall of the provincial headquarters in Missour, over the official ceremony during which attendees listened to the Royal Speech delivered by His Majesty King Mohammed VI on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of His accession to the Throne of His Glorious Ancestors.
