Fes: Royal Gendarmerie units in the Bensouda area, in coordination with competent services, have dismantled a criminal network specialized in human trafficking and sexual exploitation, which was operating through the well-known online platform “Africa Baba.”
According to informed sources, the operation was the result of a well-planned strategy involving the monitoring of suspicious activities in the digital space, followed by a field intervention that led to the arrest of the suspects caught in the act.
All individuals arrested have been placed in police custody under the ongoing judicial investigation supervised by the competent public prosecutor’s office, in order to determine the full extent of the network and identify other potential accomplices involved in facilitating these criminal activities.

Selon des sources informées, cette opération est le fruit d’un plan bien élaboré ayant impliqué la surveillance d’activités suspectes dans l’espace numérique, avant une intervention sur le terrain ayant permis l’arrestation des suspects en flagrant délit.
Les personnes interpellées ont été placées en garde à vue dans le cadre de l’enquête judiciaire menée sous la supervision du parquet compétent, afin de déterminer les ramifications de ce réseau et d’identifier d’éventuels complices.
