L’établissement pénitentiaire local de Missour a célébré, à l’instar des autres prisons du Royaume, le dix-huitième anniversaire de la création de la Délégation Générale à l’Administration Pénitentiaire et à la Réinsertion, lors d’une cérémonie officielle présidée par le gouverneur de la province de Boulemane, Allal El Baz, en présence du président du tribunal de première instance de Missour, du procureur du Roi ainsi que de responsables sécuritaires, militaires et civils.
The local prison institution in Missour celebrated, like other prisons across the Kingdom, the eighteenth anniversary of the establishment of the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration during an official ceremony attended by Boulemane Province governor Allal El Baz, along with the president of the Missour Court of First Instance, the King’s prosecutor, and security, military, and civilian officials.

La cérémonie a débuté par la récitation de versets du Saint Coran suivie du salut au drapeau national, avant qu’un discours du directeur de l’établissement ne soit prononcé. Celui-ci a souhaité la bienvenue aux invités et présenté les efforts déployés par la Délégation Générale dans le domaine de la réinsertion des détenus et de l’amélioration des conditions de détention, selon une approche respectueuse de la loi et de la dimension humaine.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran followed by the national anthem and flag salute, before the institution’s director delivered a speech welcoming attendees and highlighting the efforts made by the General Delegation in inmate reintegration programs and improving detention conditions through an approach that respects both the law and humanitarian principles.

Le programme de célébration comprenait la projection d’un film institutionnel mettant en lumière les principales réalisations du secteur de l’administration pénitentiaire ainsi que les défis auxquels il fait face, avant la remise du prix du fonctionnaire distingué dans le but d’encourager les ressources humaines à poursuivre leurs efforts.
The celebration program included the screening of an institutional film highlighting the main achievements and challenges of the prison administration sector, followed by the presentation of the distinguished employee award aimed at encouraging staff members to continue their dedication and efforts.
