Morocco – The Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development of Morocco confirmed that it is continuously monitoring developments in the Middle East and their potential repercussions on several strategic sectors, amid the growing interconnection of global economies and financial systems.

Dans un communiqué publié le jeudi 5 mars 2026, le ministère a indiqué que ce suivi concerne plusieurs secteurs liés directement ou indirectement aux chaînes d’approvisionnement énergétique, notamment les transports, les infrastructures civiles, militaires et numériques, les centres de données, ainsi que les secteurs bancaire et assurantiel.
In a statement issued on Thursday, March 5, 2026, the ministry said this monitoring includes several sectors directly or indirectly linked to energy supply chains, including transport, civil, military and digital infrastructure, data centers, as well as the banking and insurance sectors.

Le ministère a également souligné qu’il assure un suivi quotidien de l’état des stocks énergétiques nationaux afin de garantir la satisfaction des besoins du pays dans les meilleures conditions.
The ministry also stressed that it conducts daily monitoring of the country’s national energy reserves to ensure that national demand is met under optimal conditions.
