The Government Council concluded its proceedings by approving a series of appointments to senior positions across several sectors, in line with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution and within the framework of strengthening public service governance and enhancing the efficiency of administrative management.
According to official information, these appointments concerned the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, where Khadija Saqam was appointed as Head of the Urban Agency of Khemisset.
In the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, the Council approved the appointment of Bouchta El Mounni as President of Abdelmalek Essaâdi University in Tetouan. The appointments also included Bouchaaib Bensharqi as Director of the Higher Institute of Sports Sciences Settat, and Khalid Rezq as Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Arts and Humanities Settat, in the same city.
At the level of the Ministry of Equipment and Water, the Council approved the appointment of Salah Eddine Dahbi as Director General of Water Engineering, alongside Lahcen Maazizi as Director of Human Resources, and Rachid Meddah as Director of Water Facilities.
The approvals also covered the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, where Wafaa Asri was appointed Secretary General of the Vocational Training sector.
According to the same source, these decisions come within the framework of implementing the constitutional provisions governing appointments to senior positions, with the aim of improving administrative performance and ensuring greater effectiveness in the management of public policies within the concerned sectors.
