66,000 Moroccans achieve their dream of home ownership, an unprecedented achievement for the Royal Housing Plan

More than 66,000 Moroccan citizens have benefited from housing support programs up to the end of September 2025, as part of the national initiative launched by the government to improve living conditions and expand homeownership opportunities for low- and middle-income groups.

Government Expands Beneficiary Pool

Officials state that the widespread benefit from support came following the implementation of new procedures aimed at facilitating the acquisition of social housing through financial incentives and payment facilities. This effort forms part of a broader social policy to combat inadequate housing by enabling families to own secure and quality homes.

Ongoing Commitment and Development Programs

Authorities confirm that housing support programs will continue in the coming months, expanding the base of beneficiaries and ensuring the ongoing distribution of assistance to eligible groups, in line with a governmental approach to strengthen social cohesion and improve urban conditions.

This result demonstrates the success of Morocco’s national housing strategy and the government’s commitment to providing decent housing opportunities for all citizens, especially amid current social and economic circumstances.
